Lady Rover has been designed by Richard Woods in the UK. See his website too, www.sailingcatamarans.com.
Initially she has been built in Turku Finland as an open bridgedeck boat, unfortunately we know nothing about her builder.
Only an old motor invoice points us to the fact that he has been to Cadiz Spain, at least once.
On the picture to the above and in the logbook, you can see, how she looks like right now.
By the way the coachroof is not Richard's designwork, but was installed by my previous owner in Denmark. That guy, funny enough was way over 2m tall, but still he built a bridgedeck with 1.68m "standing height". A tad bizarre ;-) We'll raise it in a clever way to 1.80m in the centerline where you cross from port to starboard.
Here are her main dimensions:
Technical data:
LENGTH OVER ALL 10.67 Meter
BREADTH OVER ALL 6.00 Meter
DISPLACEMENT 2.48 Metric tons
SAILAREA APPROX 48.00 Meter squared
All data is from the existing old paperwork, Fran will surely check it's accuracy one day!
